Warranty

We warrant to 1 year from the original date of purchase for Chameleon Reader against all defects or faults in manufacturing or materials. To benefit from the warranty, the original proof of purchase (sales ticket or receipt) must be provided.

The warranty does not cover battery and damage resulting from misuse, falls, dismantling, or repair by unauthorized persons. Standard repairs or exchanges during the warranty period will not affect the expiry date of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Please also kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping the reader back to us, for review. Should the reader be deemed faulty, your shipping cost will be refunded.

Return Policy [US only]

Should you decide you don't like it, we are happy to refund your order, so long as:
 

• We receive your refund request within 14 days of when you received it.
   

• Product returned is new, and we confirm it is not damaged - please pack well!
   

• You kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us + a restock fee.
  ( $ 2.50 per item.) Please note - this applies only to US orders only.
   

• For INTERNATIONAL orders, there are *no* returns (shipping costs are prohibitive). We encourage you to discover the product before purchasing (demo videos).
